Marketing Manager We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing team in the insurance industry. This role requires a proactive, creative marketer with a deep understanding of marketing strategy, communications, and audience engagement. You will lead various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with senior leadership while contributing to the company’s ambition to become the leading insurance provider in Canada.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $38.12 to $50.84, based on experience.• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Weekday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.Responsibilities:• Consult with internal teams to manage projects and initiatives that propel the company to the forefront of the insurance sector.• Collaborate closely with business partners and senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.• Craft cutting-edge communications tailored to various audiences, ensuring relevance, engagement, and clarity.• Advocate for different stakeholders, including advisors and leadership, by identifying efficient ways to drive engagement and deliver impactful messages.• Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts across the organization to enhance content quality.• Actively contribute to a positive and productive marketing team environment.• Present recommendations confidently to senior management and defend strategies with thoughtful communication.• Take full ownership of your work with minimal supervision while ensuring high standards and timely delivery.• Support high-profile and sensitive communications related to strategic initiatives as needed.• Stay true to the brand’s tone and voice in all communications.What you will need to succeed:• Degree or diploma in marketing, journalism, communications, or equivalent work experience.• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and communications for various audiences, including senior management.• Experience in insurance, financial services, or an agile organization is preferred.• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.• Strong process and change management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation skills.• Exceptional active listening and questioning skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear strategies.• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and geographies.• Experience interacting with senior management, with strong consulting, negotiation, and influencing abilities.• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities within tight deadlines.• Organizational and project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Creative problem solver and strategic thinker.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
