Job Description

  • Recruiting high quality candidates with a focus on executive recruitment
  • Playing a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for our clients
  • Collaborating with hiring manager + clients, building strong relationships and advising on recruitment strategies
  • Deploying creative approaches to attract passive candidates and build a pipeline to talent per open role
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews/screening to evaluate a candidate’s experience, motivation + cultural add
  • Providing comprehensive candidates summaries to clients and managing searches from start to finish
  • Frequent communication with clients to understand hiring needs, provide updates and gather feedback
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
  • Generating client reports on search activity and progress
  • Staying informed and up to date on market trends, clients, and the talent market
Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Residing in Toronto or GTA
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, best practices, etc. (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize project (searches) effectively
  • Experience with client management
  • Hardworking, driven, curious, and empathetic
  • Ability to work in a fact-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have Canadian Citizenship or PR
