As a Benefits Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients understand and maximize their insurance benefits. This performance-based position offers a unique opportunity to earn based on your success, with no prospecting required - we provide the clients!Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on their insurance options and benefits.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients #39; needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice and service to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus but not required.
