Description:Serve as a senior team member as part of the Agile team and support efforts to implement, adopt and sustain Agile processes, principles, and practices;Serve the scrum team by leading and coaching team self-organization, cross-functionality and aligning to the mandate of delivering value;Remove team impediments that prevent or hinder team capability and cohesion;Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution;Advocate for the scrum team across the organization and actively question practices and approaches that are not in-line with scrum theory;Partner with the Project Manageramp; Product Owner, working closely with them to effectively create, maintain and groom the product backlog;Create communication forums for the product owner, scrum team and associated stakeholders to ensure the vision, goals and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood;Help employees, consultants , vendors and other stakeholders understand and enact scrum as well as empirical and emergent product development, welcoming change that enhances the productivity of the team;Work with other business/technical areas to facilitate increasing organization maturity and effectiveness in the application of Scrum across the organization.+ Specialized ConsultantResponsibilities:
