With a focus on total wealth planning, and wealth specialists to help you deliver on this unique value proposition, you’ll be enabling clients to see not just the big picture, but all the little ones too.INTRODUCTION:The Regional Associate provides proactive support in the management of the Toronto Region within ScotiaMcLeod.The primary support relationship is with the Toronto Regional Director (RD), Manager of Administration (MA) and the branch network.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:In this role you will:•Provide administrative support to the Regional Team including maintaining schedules, booking meetings, etc.•Preparing printed materials for all meetings.•Support all event coordination including sales conferences, branch meetings, regional workshops, etc. •Responsible for supporting various processes as assigned by the Regional Director and Manager of Administration. •Responsible for preparation and processing of all regional expenses.•Responsible for all administration and follow-up on administration generated by the Branch Network and all members of the Regional Team. •Acting as needed as back-up administrative support, Service Officer or Receptionist in support of the branches.•General office management including maintaining supplies, marketing material and office equipment.
