Job Description

UX Design LeadWe are seeking (2) dynamic individuals to champion innovative design solutions within the insurance sector. This role involves driving a human-centric design philosophy and shaping the digital transformation to meet both business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in enhancing user experiences across multiple channels and contributing significantly to our client #39;s digital strategy.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $48.14 to $57.55, based on experience.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Drive the adoption of a human-centric design mindset across the organization.• Influence the design strategy for digital products and services, ensuring they align with both business goals and user expectations.• Collect insights from customers, advisors, and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.• Own and shape the end-to-end user journey across multiple channels, maintaining a digital-first focus.• Manage the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring deliverables are of high quality and adhere to usability, accessibility, and performance criteria.• Work collaboratively with teams across marketing, product, and technology to turn business requirements and user data into innovative design solutions.• Lead workshops, conduct interviews, and create essential design documentation such as journey maps, personas, and prototypes.• Utilize and enhance design systems and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve design practices.• Share responsibility for delivering business value through design, as measured by key performance metrics.What you will need to succeed:• A degree in design, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.• Extensive experience with user-centered design methods, particularly Human-Centered Design.• Proven track record of developing successful digital products and services, preferably in financial services or a comparable sector.• Excellent skills in research, analysis, communication, and facilitation.• Leadership experience in guiding a team of professionals in an agile environment, emphasizing iteration, collaboration, and adaptability.• Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with detailed execution.• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.• Proficient in using design and collaborative tools such as Figma, Mural, and usertesting.com.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
