Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Agro Clerk at our Agro Centre in Ebenezer, SK.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.legacyco-op.crs.What you’ll do:You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:Administrative Functions – sales data entry, receivings, reconciliations, and claims. Handle and record transactions through the point of sale (Tronia) system.Yard duties – Operate equipment including forklift, skid-steer, tractor, augers, etc. Clean, maintain and organize warehouse, sheds, and parking lot.Customer Service - Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers coworkers, manufacturing partners, wholesalers, and management. Stay knowledgeable of Ag merchandise in order to effectively assist customers with specialized inquiries.Why it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.Who you are:You are interested in the Agriculture industry and have a passion for customer service and have:Minimum of 2 years of working in a customer dependent roleGrade 12Knowledge of agriculture industry or 2 years of retail experienceClass 5 driver’s licence (1A licence preferred)Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Power Mobile Equipment Certificate (willing to train)Ability to operate various ag equipment including a forklift, skid-steer, tractor, augers, etc.You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 60 lbs, climb ladders and kneelWilling and able to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends with the ability to be on call as required and work additional hours during peak seasons.You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.Safety sensitive positions require a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.We encourage our Team Members to take advantage of learning opportunities, to grow and develop and to foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.At Co-op, we embrace diversity and inclusion, and we’re working to create a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
