GrizzlyTrek invest in our people, our relationships and our partners, ensuring ready to work individuals meet job opportunities that create lasting success for them and our business partnersJob Title: Industrial Shutdown Tank CleanerLocation: Various Project Sites throughout Western Canada We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Shutdown Tank Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role involves participating in industrial cleaning projects throughout Western Canada, primarily focusing on the cleaning and maintenance of industrial tanks and vessels. The ideal candidate will be familiar with vessel entry and experienced in working around high-pressure water jets, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely enter and clean industrial tanks and vessels during shutdown periods.
  • Operate high-pressure water jets and vacuum trucks for effective cleaning.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, particularly those related to confined space entry and working with high-pressure equipment.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Report any safety incidents or hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in industrial tank cleaning and vessel entry.
  • Familiarity with high-pressure water jets and vacuum truck operations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of relevant safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to travel and work at various project sites throughout Western Canada.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
