Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively to deliver at a high level.Typical dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, events, managing calendars, etc.
  • Taking detailed meeting minutes, filing and submitting reports as needed.
  • Directing communications between colleagues and customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts, leads, and competitors for easy reference.
  • Track and follow up on client inquiries and leads to ensure timely consistent communication.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients by supporting ongoing communication, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure client information is properly documented; must remain confidential.
  • Performing all other duties required by the Business Development team.
  • Proofread and ensure that proposals and presentations are accurate, professional, and aligned with company branding
  • Help organize client meetings, calls, and events, and support post-meeting follow-ups to ensure next steps are communicated clearly.
  • Manage logistics for business development events, including registrations, materials preparation, and communications.
Other duties as assignedTECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONSamp; EXPERIENCE YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Post- secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Minimum of two (2) years as clerical, secretarial, or administrator office experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of analysis of data and forecasts.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PowerBi is an asset but not required.
  • Professional and concise communication skills; written and oral.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands; adapt to last minute changes
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High degree of attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Posses troubleshooting and communication skills to solve problems.
  • Strong work ethics and a positive team attitude.
