• Manage design efforts, ensuring adherence to project deadlines; being proactive to mitigate any project delays
• Develop electrical drawings and make adjustments based from feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Work with manufacturing to implement design improvements
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure the final product meets client and vendor specifications
• Work with Project Administrators to complete final documentation for manuals
• Provide proposal and quotation support to the Sales Team
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2000 requirements and continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years electrical engineering experience; including using 3D design in AutoCAD
• Electrical Engineer with P.Eng designation
• Excellent communication skills
• Must possess strong organizational, and analytical skills
• Previous leadership experience
• Knowledge of rotating equipment design would be well regarded
