Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful completion of IT projects. This includes managing all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track, and complete IT projects, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
  • Develop integrated project plans, charters, and strategies to support business goals and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead projects that define business requirements and deliver IT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for internal teams, steering committees, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define detailed requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent project governance and resource alignment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and effective communication, escalating risks and resolving issues as needed.
  • Develop project organization structures, define roles, and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Monitor project progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Evaluate project success and identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts as part of project delivery.
  • Follow PMO standards and help define new standards when existing ones are not available.
