Job Description

Our organization is looking for a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of following multiple recipes under pressure. This individual must have exceptional knife skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting.Responsibilities:

  • Cook with speed, accuracy and ease.
  • Prepare foods for service in accordance with recipe and production standards.
  • Display a high level of organization and cleanliness.
  • Follow instructions by demonstrating the ability to work without close supervision.
  • Maintain sanitary conditions of kitchen through the use of good personal hygiene and practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff in an effort to ensure the accuracy of orders.
