Job Description

As the Operations Coordinator (CAN), you will be responsible for coordinating the Canadian operations and dispatching and supervising Field Technicians. As a valuable team member at a small entrepreneurial company, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional client experience by effectively and efficiently coordinating and leveraging operational assets. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and development of the organization.Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations manager with coordination of Canadian operations
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinating equipment orders, maintenance, repairs, and transfers
  • Perform back up field installations, site services, and retrievals as required (training will be provided)
  • Monitor Canadian fleet vehicles and schedule vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Basic data entry into various systems
  • Assist in recruiting and training Field Technicians in our operating areas
  • Actively participate in our HSE program by attending safety meetings and following all relevant HSE policies and procedures

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working with computers and MS word products
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ years of oil and gas experience considered a strong competitive advantage
  • Field experience considered a strong competitive advantage
  • Comfortable operating a vehicle in all weather conditions
