We are a family run business that opened back in the summer of 2013 but had new ownership take over in the spring of 2018. We are a driven team of individuals with over 60 years of combined experience in the powersports industry. We specialize in New & Used Off-road Vehicle Sales and Parts/Garments/Accessory Sales. We also provide our client(s) a full service, Service Department on site to make sure that your ride is up and running for all your adventures. Some of our brands we sell include Polaris, Legend, Mercury Marine, Green Mountain Grill Smokers, Limitless Sled Decks, Truckboss, FXR, 509, Pit Viper, Zeal & Much More.About the Role:The Parts/Service Counter Role is a very hands-on role in the dealership. While working on the counter, you will work along side the Fixed Operations Manager to assist clients needs in both the Parts & Service Departments. Expect to help clients who walk through the doors, call or even email their requests. Get a hands-on approach to learning inventory and the process of running a full-time service department with 3 technicians. There is lots of room for advancement in the position as Freedom Powersports Edson Ltd does offer an apprenticeship program which will provide training and advancement towards a Journeyman Certification. We also offer a benefits package after a 3-month probationary period.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to parts, clothing, accessories etc. on a timely basis
• Book service appointments
• Process payments for parts invoices, misc. payments, and work order deposits.
• Cashier completed workorder with clients
• Add new products into the Dealer Management System
• Complete daily parts orders with vendors
• Assist the Fixed Operations Manager with managing PG&A inventory.
• Assist with Shipping/Receiving of product(s) when needed.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
• Assist with general showroom clean up including floors, bathrooms etc.
• Partake in the yearly inventory count.
• Other tasks as requested

Location & Commitments:

• Permanent & Full Time Role at Freedom Powersports Edson Ltd. 213 – 63rdStreet Edson, AB
• Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. Hours on weekdays are 9am-6pm and Saturdays are 9am -2pm.
• Some overtime to be expected during peak seasons and Year End Inventory

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work well in team environments and present a willingness to learn and excel at new tasks
• Customer service skills would be a major assist as most of this position is retail/service focused.
• Drivers Licence
• Ability to multi-task and work well in high paced environments.
