Job Description

As a Management Trainee, YOU will experience:

In a typical day, YOU will:
  • Work closely with your rotational leader
  • Travel to different customer sites, branch locations
  • Be involved with group calls and discussions within your team
  • Work on special projects within your rotation
  • Connect with your mentor on a regular basis
  • Connect with other Management Trainees as a resource to assist with your current rotation
  • Exercise your Leadership qualities
Must-haves for this role:
  • Post-Secondary Education (University or College level)
  • Experience or demonstrated knowledge of working in an industrial sector
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude and/or experience for B2B retail in an industrial sector
