Reference Number :TCQ-21-8522Division :AgricultureJob City :ElieProvince :ManitobaSite :Position Status :Permanent, Full timeWork Shift :DaysWork Schedule :Length of Assignment :Job description :Our Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) will establish, qualify and maintain contact with our customer base to increase sales of parts and service solutions through technical expertise and exceptional relationship and territory management.Represent AgWest to promote and increase parts, exchange components, shop repairs, inspections and customer support agreementsAssist in development of programs to achieve objectives aligned with the department to support Ag customers and product issuesProvide support to our Technical Communicator (TC) line when requiredAssist in resolving customer disputes where requiredAssist and build marketing and prospecting plans and closing strategies for new businessConduct presentations to promote Agco & CLAAS parts and service through our service facilities. Assisting in promoting service and parts campaignsCollaborate with customers to reduce the operating cost of their fleet through Repair before Failure, Preventative Maintenance and Predictive MaintenanceDevelop and implement a yearly territory plan aligned with regional and corporate objectives.Support and promote all AgWest Product Support offeringsUtilize CRM to update customer profiles for effective territory managementAssist with machine deliveries where possible to enhance the customer experienceProvide support to parts & service teams in season. Including but not limited to parts counter, TC line and assisting service leaders as requiredParticipate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviours and objectives at all times in support of AgWest’s Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practicesJob Qualifications :Demonstrated technical/mechanical aptitude and knowledge of service and maintenance agreements and the sales processResults driven and enthusiastic for consistently providing exceptional customer service and territory managementStrong planning, analytical and negotiating skills with the ability to recommend and influence effective solutions and decision makingExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with strong business acumen and attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize and deliver results in a fast paced environment with multiple and changing priorities and aggressive deadlinesA self motivated team player with a relationship building capacity and experience in diverse cross functional groupsMust be willing and able to travel and work flexible hours in support of business needsA valid driver's license and clean driver's abstractOther Information :Comments :We thank all applicants.
