Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales CoordinatorJOB TYPE: Permanent - Full TimeBRANCH: Taber, ABREPORTING TO: Regional Sales ManagerJob Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete Delivery Pickup Orders in order to track and transfer equipment
  • Work and assist finance and equipment auditors in locating equipment.
  • Complete all incoming and outgoing rental inspections
  • Inventory tracking and processing quotes for salesman
  • Process all rental, sales, and demo agreements done by the sales reps
  • Freight recovery
  • Yard and showroom maintenance
  • Employee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards. The company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is an asset
  • Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
  • Excellent personal and organizational skills
