Approachable:
  • Able to carry a conversation with a client and make them feel comfortable in the chair.
  • Professional etiquette and able to perform the service with excellent attitude and behavior.
Reliable:
  • Able to use all kinds of tools and blades in order to perform all types of haircuts, Hot towel shaves, beard trims, etc.
  • Dependable, able to run the shop for certain hours and carry business as a professional.
Teachable:
  • Someone who is looking to learn and develop their skills.
  • Able to take constructive criticism (Since we do things a little different than many barbershops, we will teach you our ways)
