An accomplished cleaner, the Room Attendant efficiently and thoroughly completes their duties, always doing a quality job to leave the property looking spectacular. Successful applicants take pride in maintaining meticulous standards in a luxury hotel and possess outstanding guest service skills.What makes you the perfect candidate:

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize bedrooms and suites according to established high standards and procedures. Including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, ensure that everything is in working order and report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department.
  • Work closely with team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and in their best condition.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area to be able to support any guest interactions and inquiries. Reporting any guest concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures
  • Assist with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
  • Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care.
