Job Description

Patron Career Staffing is looking for Calendering and Rolling Mill Operators to join our Team. The successful candidates will be responsible for helping manufacture our product in support of our principles of safety, quality, and on-time delivery.Skill and Abilities:

  • Completed High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
  • Able to read, write, and fill out production reports with accuracy
  • Team player and can communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Experience in Calendering or Rolling Mill Operations is a must.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on or have received training in these processes through a certified schooling program.
We are looking for experienced Industrial Operators who are seeking an opportunity to work straight nights or weekend days.Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Elora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
