Certified horticulturalist looking for a reliable and responsible gardener to join our team. Must be able to lift 50lbs and do a physically demanding job. Our small business does ongoing maintenance (lawn cutting, pruning, weeding) for our clients as well as new garden installations, planting, small paving jobs and more.We work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday during peak season of spring and fall.Experience in commercial horticulture/landscaping is preferred. Starting wage can be discussed based on experience and wage increases dependant on performance. Most hires get a raise in the first month.We need someone reliable and punctual who is on time for work every day and able to follow direction and learn as they go. Work days start at the plaza on Esquimalt road and successful candidates must be able to arrive there by 6:45am.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:
