Electrical Underground SupervisorLocation: Mosaic K3Start Date: ImmediateReporting to the Construction Manager – this role will include but not limited to:Responsibilities:Supervise the execution of projects to ensure high level of performance, both in safety and efficiencyAssign daily duties, (reducing as much idle time as practicable)Responsible for the scheduling duties of all employees, communicating with superintendent, employees and clientsMake recommendations for change and improvement at the field level.Identify areas of concern and develop action plans to ensure workplace improvementsAttend training if applicable – also look for and suggest training from which you would benefitImplement systems to efficiently manage labor and equipmentEnable maximum efficiency and profitability of operationWork closely with project controls, provide accurate and timely information -Communicate the importance of project controls with the employeesIdentify upcoming and potential projects and communicating with superintendentEnsure all employees are working to the highest standard of safety at all timesAssist in the development of all related JHA formsEnsure all equipment is maintained and in good working orderJob Skills:Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook,Word, etc.)Office 365 (e-mail)Must hold a valid class 5 licenseRelevant experience on mining projectsExcellent time management skillsRelevant knowledge and experience with planning software (ie.
