Job Description

Topa Career OpportunityPosition Title: K2 Dry Complex Route Position - 32hrs per week + Friday rotationsLocation: Mosaic K2Reports to: Tanya SchentagResponsibilities:

  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  • Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work
  • Laundry services as instructed by supervisor
  • Stripping and waxing floors
  • At times will be expected to lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Cleaning underground
Safety:Participate in the following exercises:
  • Safety meetings
  • Tool box talks
  • Site inspections
  • Review and sign FLRAs
Qualifications:
  • Valid class 5 drivers license
  • Grade 12 diploma or GED
