Though we have some roles offering fully remote work, most are either fully on-site or a hybrid model of on-site and remote.The Role: Are you our next Maximo and MOC LeadWe are currently seeking a Maximo & MOC Lead for all of our Esterhazy (K1, K2, K3) SK locations! In this position, youll spend much of your time providing training to Mosaic employees and contractors on our Maximo system. In addition, the person in this role will oversee compliance with Mosaics Management of Change Program Standards, ensuring that all changes made to company facilities, processes, procedures and equipment undergo the proper EH&S, engineering, operational and business reviews prior to their implementation.This is an onsite position which may involve some local travel. (~5%)What will you do

  • Interface with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EH&S to ensure the required elements of the Mosaic Management of Change (MOC) Program are in compliance
  • Maintain MOC Libraries and ensure all electronically formatted MOC documentation is stored on the Mosaic Document Management System
  • Work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EH&S to develop implementation plans to meet Mosaic’s MOC Program Standards
  • Ensure all changes to processes are controlled through MOC and Pre-Startup Safety Review procedures
  • Participate on Safety Steering Committee meetings
  • Maintain and communicate critical performance information and KPIs to management relating to MOC
  • Facilitate the flow of MOC information between operations, maintenance, engineering, and EH&S groups
  • Consult with employees and their representatives on the conduct and development of MOC program elements at each facility
  • Ensure employees and their representatives have access to information required under the Mosaic MOC Program elements
  • Identify opportunities to improve the process and work with other facilities to implement improvements
  • Develop schedules for MOC audits and assists with operator training, maintenance training, operating procedure and maintenance procedure compliance for each facility
  • Provide initial training of the MOC process and software application for new employees and provide coaching to employees on MOC and its requirements
  • Capture documentation for Mechanical Integrity, Quality Assurance, Process Hazard Analysis, Operating Procedures, Operator and Maintenance Training, Safety Procedures, and Contractors to assure compliance with the MOC at each facility
What will you needTo succeed in this role, youll need:
  • Extensive knowledge of IBMs Maximo OR in-depth knowledge of similar systems (such as SAP or Ariba)
  • Knowledge of MOC-covered processes
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in the Mineral Processing Industry (ideally 5 years or more) OR a bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • To be self-motivated (As the head of a function, youll have a lot of freedom to arrange and perform your work)
  • Stellar organization and time-management skills
Bonus points if you have:
  • A working knowledge of a Process Safety Management covered process and OSHA PSM regulatory standards and requirements
  • Experience in potash mining systems
