Job Description

Project AdministratorLocation: Esterhazy, SkStart Date: August 22nd 2022 to October/November 2023Reporting to Project Controls Lead-This role will include but not limited to:The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP or other accounting software
  • Be professional and confidential
  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Is self-motivated with the ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and plan workloads effectively
  • Have a willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • Proven ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Processing of Time Sheets
  • Generate Lems
  • Tracking budgets
  • Reporting Safety Hours
  • Accrual Reporting
  • Other administration duties as assigned
