Genco Asphalt Inc. currently has an opportunity to join our team. We are seeking a full-time Aggregate Division Supervisor. Genco Asphalt is a privately owned, operated, and family-based company. Genco has provided Estevan, Weyburn, and the surrounding communities in Saskatchewan with road services for over 25 years. We provide competitive wages, a good benefits package, room for advancement, a comprehensive training program, and plenty of cross- training opportunities.Responsibilities:-Manage and operate a modern crushing spread-Monitor the plant to ensure the plant is running safely and production is consistent-Perform daily checks on conveyors, screen deck and crusher components-Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance work on machinery (mechanical experience necessary)-Report crusher issues and required wear parts in a timely manner-Perform conveyor moves as needed-Adjust crusher settings to optimize performance and gradation-Maintain strong communications with other crew members to ensure efficient and safe workflow-Complete all necessary daily paperwork. May include but not limited to, daily logs, vehicle inspection logs, hours of service, etc.Requirements:-Minimum 5 years experience in operation and maintenance of crushing spreads-Experience running heavy equipment ex. Loader, skid-steer etc. (Powered Mobile Equipment Certificate)-Use of personal protection equipment is required-Must be willing to travel to other work sites-Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract-Follow all safety guidelines and regulationsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
