We are searching for a Customer Service Representative who can offer reliable support to the sales team and participate in project work as assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for having contact with customers, capturing feedback, and ensuring systems are up to date and accurate. This is an introductory, project based role that upon completion may lead to relocation opportunities within the Province.The incumbent should either be based in Estevan or Regina, SK.Job Summary:Contact current customers to verify profile and service detailsAdvise customers of opportunities to facilitate ease of administrationAssist customers with account set up on GFL’s on-line payment portalCollaborate with sales representatives to address any customer concerns and see through to resolution.Create updated service agreements and convey to customers for executionPrompt and professional follow up to ensure all questions are answered and agreements are returned for processingReport on targets and achievementsAllocate additional business opportunities to Account Managers based on customer needsPerform other projects as needed.QualificationsExperience in a customer service roleSales experience would be considered a strong asset.Experience with waste and recycling services industries an assetComfortable working in Windows-based environmentsComputer literate with proficient use of customer database systems and ExcelEnthusiastic self-starter with strong work ethic and a proven track record for successClean professional image and sense of pride that promotes a positive team spiritExceptional customer service and phone skills along with a strong sense of teamExcellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
