Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking Apprentice & Journeyman Instrumentation Technicians for our Estevan branch. This is a locally based maintenance project where you can be home every night!Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.Requirements:Journeyman Instrumentation certificate with strong maintenance experience in an industrial settingIndentured Instrumentation Apprentice (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year)Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive, Standard First Aid - Level C with CPR/AED, Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection, and CSTS 09 & CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificatesPrevious SCADA experience as well as Swagelok training would be considered an assetValid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work on an on-call basisCandidates must live within commuting distance of Carlyle, Estevan, or Regina, SK; or be willing to relocate, to be consideredTechmation Electric & Controls is one of Canada's Best Managed Companies (Platinum Club Member) that provides a complete range of electrical and instrumentation services throughout Western Canada for the Oil & Gas industry.
