Job Description

Southern Plains Co-op is hiring for a C-Store Supervisor for our Estevan 4th Street C-Store location.Who we are: Co-op does business differently.   • To ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided and high levels of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • To assist with administering and be responsible for the sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH of the Gas Bar/ C-Store department.
  • To assist with the maintenance of adequate inventory levels and stock control procedures.
  • To ensure all staff adhere to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, staff appearance, and housekeeping.
  • To ensure staff attitude is appropriate and Hassle-Free Guarantee Program is followed.
  • To ensure proper management of assets and adherence to a maintenance schedule.
  • To ensure adherence to the image checklist as per facilities and equipment.
  • To assist with claims, invoices and all other paperwork and ensure this is done timely, accurately and meets policy and procedure.
  • Promote and ensure all company, safety and regulatory policies and procedures are met.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies of the co-operative and Government legislation.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Southern Plains Co-op policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills in order to supervise staff members.2. Must be willing to participate in all necessary training programs.3.
