You’ll maintain and build the overall relationship with members by providing advice, banking, and lending solutions so that they can achieve their personal and financial goals.What you’ll do:
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences as you spot opportunities and member needs, selling deposit, investment and loan products and coordinating referrals to other specialists when appropriate
  • Offer member education and demonstration, using technology to deliver a remarkable member experience, drive sales, retain business, and help transition day to day banking.
  • Prepare documentation for account openings and lending solutions and approving loans within assigned lending limits
  • Complete Powers of Attorney and estates matters

What you’ve got:
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets and building a pipeline using a member-centric approach
  • Experience with using a broad range of digital channels and devices
