Job Description

Summary: Provides services to the public including facility billing and booking, information, and registration. Performs internal tasks including Clerical and secretarial services and cash handling.Duties:

  • Accepts bookings for Leisure facilities and enters required digital information
  • Receives, processes, receipts, and posts payments
  • Prepares daily deposits and appropriate records
  • Receives and records inquiries and forwards them to the appropriate individual for action
  • Responds to both internal and public requests for information
  • Records and tracks program statistics such as event attendance
  • Creates and maintains required records and files
  • Creates documents such as correspondence and reports as needed or instructed
  • Assists the public and associate staff members with bylaws, policies, procedures, and records

  • Grade 12 or GED Equivalency
  • 1-year Office Administration Diploma from an accredited educational institution or equivalent
  • Proficiency in general computer software and Microsoft Office software
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Valid First Aid and CPR C

  • 1 year of relevant work experience
