Shop Site Administrator - 40 Hours per Week in EstevanWill be required to work onsite in Rocanville, SK on a 10 on 4 off rotation, 12 hour days until mid November, then transfer to the shop role.· Enter manhours, purchase orders and equipment costs into LEMs.· Entering the LEMs into a cost report for bi-weekly reporting.· Manhours to come from the forman based on a cost code format.· Take quantities from the field weekly and enter them into the project controls database for the project manager.· Ordering various site services such as water, waste disposal, bussing etc.· Assist quality control in data entry for the weld log, hydrotest packs and torque sheets.· Assist in assembling turn over packages.· Assist in creating material receiving reports.· Assist in ordering material with the superintendent.· Scheduling monthly and bi-monthly inspections on equipment, fire extinguishers, cords etc.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:
