We are passionate about offering our employees challenges, responsibilities, coaching and learning opportunities to bring their careers to the next level.Responsibilities:Actively supports the Company’s quality process to achieve total satisfaction of external and internal customer’s requirements, striving for error free work.May occasionally drive a truck and make deliveries or pick-up merchandise from suppliers.Sets and maintains high standards of professionalism in all aspects of both business and personal endeavors.Operates a lift truck or a fork truck in picking orders or in storing of merchandise.Checks, counts and may account for items within containers; verifies accurate count of incoming and outgoing materials and merchandise.Assists in the annual inventory; may write up receiving or shipping reports; may file documentation.May pack orders, write labels, weigh cartons and prepare Loomis and other shipping forms.Strives for continuous improvement by offering suggestions that could improve the process, procedures or safety.Completes required documents neatly and accurately and in a timely manner.Advises supervisor of any discrepancy between computer and actual shelf count, or in bin locations when picking orders.Reports damaged merchandise to supervisor.Notifies supervisor for potential security problems.Observes safety regulations and wears required safety attire at all times.Maintains good housekeeping and reports any dangerous situations or malfunction of equipment; reports fire and safety hazards to their supervisor.Follows procedures for Pick-pack-ship and Receiving process, and Verification process.Requirements:High School Diploma required.First Aid Certification preferred.WHMIS Certification preferred.Forklift Certification required.Up to 2 years related experience preferred.We are interested in knowing you more.
