Under the guidance of the Associate Dean, the incumbent will oversee the processes for facilitator recruitment/scheduling, contract management, onboarding and relationship management. In addition, the incumbent will provide support in the writing and editing of internal and external communications, including complex proposals, letters, reports, presentations, newsletters. In this position, the incumbent will provide project coordination, logistical support for program/service delivery working collaboratively with team members and internal/external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
