Job Description

Experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager required:Royal Synergies Collision is looking for a Body Shop Manager to join our company.Candidates requirements / Key Responsibilities :

  • Previous automotive Body Shop Management experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment.·
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.·
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Demonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills
  • Good sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in estimating, using Mitchell Connect, Ultramate, Collision Link, Auto Parts Bridge Microcat, Parts ordering and Inventory control
  • Able to read print outs of dimensions and structural
  • Develops and ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines to promote their consistent application within the Company
  • Drives the process of ensuring all files are closed within 24 hours of vehicle delivery;
  • Appraise vehicle repair needs and give accurate quotes to customers
Conducts pre and post vehicle diagnostic scanning; where required
  • Explain damage assessments and repairs to customers
  • Utilizes expert understanding and application of all insurance specific policies and procedures
  • Partners with the Management Team to ensure that operations are compliant with all provincial and national regulatory standards pertaining to health and safety, quality control and employment standards;
  • Control inventory of paints and materials. Places orders for supplies as required.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage and motivate Body Shop Employees
  • Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
