Accommodation and support services responsibilities including: comprehensive cleaning, preparation and disinfection of dialysis machines, preparation of dialysis prepackages, waste removal, linen, and restock of supplies, transporting equipment and supplies with solution and maintenance of a safe environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized Canadian Community CollegeKnowledge of Aseptic TechniquesCurrent C.P.R.Recent related experience with chronically ill patients including knowledge of the complex needs of the dialysis patientMust have recent experience in dialysis machine preparation including priming and disinfectingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to meet unit needsAbility to work well with team membersBasic computer skills and knowledge of Meditech systemExcellent attendance, punctuality and work record requiredAbility to travel between and work at all campuses as requiredSALARY:Minimum: $24.39 per hourMaximum: $24.94 per hourOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
