Job Description

The Humberview Group is looking for a HUG Brand Specialist to join our team in Etobicoke.The HUG Brand Specialist will work hand in hand with the Director of HUG and the HG Group of dealers to ensure all HG Team Members referrals, HG customers, and Affinity Partners are provided with an extraordinary purchase experience.This position is an in-person role based out of Humberview Volkswagen.The Humberview Group is proud to represent almost all major automotive brands from North America, Japan, Germany, and South Korea. And 1 Promise: Serving you better, each and everyday.We believe, “our vehicles are great, but our people are exceptional”.Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.Job Duties:

  • Establish close relationships with group management team to provide efficient service to clients and team members.
  • Qualifying and transitioning sales leads to appropriate management team.
  • Maintain presence within group by performing quarterly dealer visits.
  • Follow-up and keep client engaged during entire process.
  • Keep detailed notes in our HUG CRM.
  • Provide a true Digital Retail experience for our leads.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • OMVIC licenses required.
  • Automotive brand experience knowledge is considered an asset.

  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems (MS Outlook).
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
