  • System user support, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with Development team in testing and validation of data between integration systems.
  • Assisting with monitoring the scheduled jobs and day to day automated processes.
  • Support requests from internal team and assist with providing the required information.
What you bring to the role:EducationThe successful candidate will possess a 3-year diploma/degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Systems Analysis (or equivalent) augmented with technical writing courses or certification in writing technical documentation.ExperienceThe incumbent will have a minimum of 3-years related professional work experience and should demonstrate the following:
  • Knowledge of Integration techniques and tools such as Jitterbit/SSIS
  • Experience using issue and project tracking tools/software such as JIRA and MS-Project.
  • Experience in analyzing the data with relational database servers.
Skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relational databases and working with student information systems is an asset.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, and knowledge on any wiki tool such as Confluence is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
  • Experience in using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
  • Experience in using API based integration is an asset.
  • Experience with MS CRM Dynamics is an asset.
