Experienced Single spindle Screw machine and CNC turning Machine Operators with 5 10 years of experience as an operator cum setter with a focus on product quality and efficiency. Should know how to analyze the production quality of KEYENCE (Advance Image Dimension Measuring System). Must Possess problem-solving skills, and should be able to independently complete setups quickly with parts ready from PPAP. Job Requirements: Conduct setups and maintenance of machine. Possess detailed knowledge of metal machinery. Supervise mechanical systems to ensure it is consistent with production and safety regulations. Ensure timely production of parts as per clients design needs. Ability to adjust tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize safe production. Should read and understand drawings, work in close tolerances. Must be a Team worker, open to train others when required. Familiar with different tools and their applications. Must be able to use all tool room measuring instruments specially KEYENCE.
