The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for taking a lead role in supporting and promoting REEP and its communications priorities, with a particular focus on community level public relations and learner progression. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to writing weekly communications to REEP learners, reviewing the learner progression cycle and supporting learners to completion, reviewing all embedded communication to ensure its quality/consistency/messaging, creating social media content and website maintenance/content development, supporting Humber’s REEP team, and supporting/liaising with RECO and NIIT.In addition, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator develops and maintains reports as well as performs multiple website and communications analytics. The incumbent will analyze the customer journey analytics and prospects conversations, as well as learner behavior that will inform required changes/updates to website workflow. The incumbent will identify correlation between website content and information to inquiry topics, identify gaps and suggest continuous improvements to maximize effectiveness of communication plans.What you bring to the role:Education
