Knowledge of the cleaning and sterilizing of endoscopes. Assist clinical team during procedures where appropriate. Responsible for the cleaning and reprocessing of instrumentation. Operating sterilizers, washers, pasteurizer and other MDRD equipment. Monitor supplies, replace stock, case picking, keeping work area tidy and other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Grade 12 or equivalentSuccessful completion of community college Sterile Supply Processing certificate requiredMinimum of 2 years previous experience in a MDRD role requiredCSAO membership an assetMust be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyGeneral knowledge of computers requiredExcellent interpersonal skillsAble to function independentlyAble to prioritize in a very active environmentExcellent attendance, punctuality and work recordMay be required to travel between and work at all hospital campusesSALARY:Minimum: $25.17 per hourMaximum: $25.77 per hourOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
