If this sounds like you, we would love for you to join our Team!Position Summary: We have an immediate position open for an Experienced Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist who will be a part of the team at our ever-growing, fast-paced mortgage brokerage firm.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years mortgage experience with an emphasis on document collection and fulfillment. The fulfillment specialist will manage the files from the time they are committed by the underwriter until all the conditions are met on the commitment.A motivated, self-starter is a MUST for this position. This individual must work well under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of organization, while balancing multiple tasks. Attention to detail is key, must be tech-savvy and comfortable with a paperless working environment. The candidate will also be customer oriented and have the motivation to deliver the service and care to our clients that they deserve!Responsibilities:

  • Review and collect Client documentation as per lender requirements
  • Prepare packages for Client signing
  • Order and review appraisals
  • Submit to Lawyers and Lenders
  • Ensure all conditions are met prior to closing to satisfy all conditions within a mortgage commitment
  • Data entry into Filogix and our custom CRM/Deal Processing System ZOHO
Requirements:
  • An experienced Fulfillment Specialist is a must!
  • Knowledge of Filogix or similar program
  • Excellent email and computer skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Able to prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM Software is an asset
  • Experience with Kofax (Nuance) PDF Editor is an asset
  • High level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters
