The Program Manager will also participate in the development and implementation of growth projects and strategies in REEP Delivery (unit). The incumbent works in collaboration with the Associate Dean and is responsible for ongoing curriculum and project management, ensuring the program meets all project milestones, deliverables and budgetary requirements. The incumbent acts as a resource to learners, facilitators and administrators on the application of program policies and procedures.What you bring to the role:Education & Designation

  • Posses a University Degree in related field
  • Must be active and licensed real estate broker, registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)
  • Must maintain active and licensed real estate broker, registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), and without any prior or current disciplinary cases with RECO. Failing to maintain active RECO registration or being found guilty of offences resulting in the application of disciplinary sanctions or decisions from RECO may result in termination of employment.
Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressive experience in a related field with a minimum of 1 year experience as broker of record
  • Experience in adult education, training and development (virtual/in-person), with a demonstrable high level of facilitation delivery expertise (certification preferred e.g. CTPD, adult education, or similar).
  • Experience working in post-secondary institution is an asset
Skills
  • Strong experience working in real estate and real estate education is required
  • Client relationship management/ stakeholder management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Budget development and management skills
  • Excellent computer software skills (especially MS Office, and data analysis programs)
  • Must have knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills including public speaking
  • Excellent listening skills, conflict resolution, negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
