Job Description

XTL Transport Inc. is looking for a Revenova Developer at our Toronto Terminal to become a part of an excellent team. The Revenova Developer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Revenova TMS and Salesforce integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of third-party logistics systems and the ability to design and implement complex solutions that optimize third party logistics management processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Revenova TMS Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Revenova TMS and other business systems. Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and performance optimization.
• Salesforce Development: Customize Salesforce CRM to align with business requirements, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, and automation processes. Integrate Salesforce with other applications as needed.
• Third-Party Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with business partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration. Develop solutions to address logistical challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• Technical Designamp; Implementation: Develop detailed technical designs and implement solutions that address business needs. Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Revenova TMS, Salesforce, and third-party integrations. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Documentationamp; Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the systems.
• Project Management: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Experience in software development, with exposure to Revenova TMS, Salesforce, and third-party logistics systems and processes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revenova TMS API and integration capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with third-party logistics systems and understanding of logistics workflows and data exchange.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), database management (SQL), and cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to EDI.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on finding efficient and scalable solutions.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and ability to mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) or Revenova TMS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional ERP or CRM systems.
