Are you a CPA-designated Accountant with Treasury experience and seeking a role in which you can apply your cash management skills and also be involved with financial reporting, budgeting and working closely with the operations teamWould you consider yourself to be a resourceful, problem solver who truly enjoys working with a collaborative team Do you thrive in fast-paced environments with a variety of duties and still be able to have a great work-life balance, while working in the officeIf the above describes you and your skills well, this may be a great permanent role for you to consider!ADVANTAGES• Competetive base salary• Annual bonus• 3 weeks vacation• Health and dental plan• Pension match program• CPA support• Free parking and charging spots for electric vehicles• On-site gym• Social committee and a variety of social events/occasionsReporting to the Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include;• Leading the treasury function and working closely with the finance and accounting team• Responsibility for treasury functions, including bank reporting, daily cash and disbursement tracking• Examining cash flow, preparing treasury reports, creating forecasts, assisting with financial reporting• Develop and implement cash management and foreign exchange strategies• Determine proper liquidity levels for all bank accounts• Manage ABL credit facilities including internal/external reporting• Lead administrator for all banking functions• Assist in the development of cash management and treasury procedures, policies and internal controls• Develop Cash Flow models and projections, assist with budgeting and forecasting process• Assist with the month-end process• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve systems and controls• Oversee and lead the bank audit, and annual financial audit, assisting with tax reportingQUALIFICATIONS• CPA designation or pursuant of• 5+ years experience in finance and accounting• 1-2 years of experience in a treasury role• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlook up• Power BI is an asset• Microsoft Great Plains is an asset• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Team player with a positive attitudeIf this role seems like a great match for your skills and experience, apply today!
