The HR advisor plays a key role in attracting qualified candidates and rigorously screen for the best candidate for the current position and future opportunities. Ability to apply HR tools such as behavioral based interviewing and scoring systems to make objective recommendations. Industry knowledge in order to promote strengths will play a key role in effectively recruiting and retaining drivers and other candidates.The HR advisor works closely with the company #39;s management to implement positive changes in the company #39;s policies and procedures where necessary.
