Position SummaryThe Human Resource Operations Specialist assists with carrying out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: recruiting and staffing, pre-employment processes, new hire orientation, and onboarding.This person will focus on 60% sourcing, and 40% other recruiting projects, including some administrative duties within the recruiting cycle.Our field operations support a variety of critical roles in infrastructure (roads, highways, tunnelsamp; bridges) and this role will support everything from staff to senior level positions. Success of this role this will be managed through daily use sourcing methods, applicant system mining, trade and college recruiting, daily use of social mediaamp; other sourcing technology to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of identifying and executing creative sourcing methods to build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates to include proficient networking skills to build a solid pipeline of candidates.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
