We seek English language teachers to provide customized in-person lessons to our clients in Richmond, BC, Canada.Job Information:FOUR F2F classes in Richmond, BC:•Availability: Weekdays after 5 pm•Lesson Frequency: Twice per week (each)•Lesson Duration:1 hour (each)•Location: F2F @ home •Native language: Chinese Mandarin Class Ref 171428•Age: 13•Preferred start date: asap•Current English language level: unsure, maybe elementary level - has been going to public school in Canada for 6 months•Language needs and goals: The parents would like for her to get some support with English, to improve her overall language skills and to help her improve for academic purposesClass Ref 171429•Age: 15•Preferred start date: asap•Current English language level: basic •Language needs and goals: The parents would like their son to get support with acquiring the language skills needed for daily life. He has been going to public school in Canada for 6 months.•Additional information. He is diagnosed with autism. He can express himself well in his mother tongue but with not too much complexity.Class Ref 171381•Preferred start date: March 15th 2024•Current English language level:approximately intermediate •Student’s language needs and goals: First he would like to focus on improving his English for professional purposes. He needs to communicate in English at work, and he finds speaking somewhat challenging and feels like he can #39;t express himself accurately and with ease. + business English writing skillsClass Ref 171382•Preferred start date: After April 23th 2024•Current English language level:approx. intermediate•Language needs and goals: S would like to improve her overall English skills, and develop the language skills needed for being in professional environment. English for work purposes.Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience teaching children
