Job Description

The Park Place Lodge is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time and part-time position in The Bistro Restaurant at Park Place Lodge.The following criteria must be met:- An excellent communicator with an outgoing personality- A self-starter with highly tuned organizational skills- Reliable and dependable- Well groomed and presentableResponsibilities

  • Prepare Bistro for breakfast service
  • Greeting and seating of guests
  • Taking the guests orders and addressing any questions or dietary requests
  • Communication with the kitchen
  • Table set up and delivery of meals
  • Clearing, Bussing & re-setting tables
  • End of service cleaning and closing routines
  • Serve the occasional lunchtime meeting
Extensive experience in the industry is not necessary, but some knowledge of Food and Beverage would be an asset.Applicants must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.65 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift

Experience:
  • serving: 1 year (preferred)
