We are looking for a customer service representative to help with our booking of Fly Fishing clients for our Fly Fishing excursions. This will require a good communication skills excellent phone and email etiquette and attention to detail. Having above average computer skills as well as being able to follow internal company policies on bookings and recording information will be an asset. Answering questions on Fly Fishing in the Fernie area as well as questions on our services will also be a significant part of the job. Interest in and knowledge of Fly Fishing will be an asset, however, training will be provided to an appropriate candidate.The role also involves being able to function as a retail sales associate in our store. Assisting customers and sharing product knowledge will be required. The ideal candidates role will evolve into planning store purchases, receiving inventory, and entering it into our point of sale system. A willingness to learn our online sales system will also be required.Responsibilities:
